The Q800 and Q808 are 8-button industrial wireless remote controls designed for single-hook cranes, single-speed electric hoists, hoist-type double girder cranes and workshop lifting equipment.
Q800 is suitable for single-speed crane control, while Q808 supports double-speed operation for equipment requiring more flexible lifting and movement control. This series is ideal for crane systems that need more control commands than basic 4-button or 6-button models.
Built with a Semtech LLCC68 low-power wireless communication chip, the Q Series supports stable signal transmission, hardware frequency hopping and carrier sensing for stronger anti-interference performance. The ergonomic transmitter and silicone anti-drop cover also provide a comfortable grip and better protection in industrial working environments.

What is the main difference between Q800 and Q808?
Q800 has eight single-speed function buttons. Q808 has eight double-speed function buttons for two-stage commands. They share the same external housing, but their button operation and wiring configurations differ.
How do I choose the correct model for my crane?
Check the required movements, the speed stages for each movement and the receiver supply voltage. Send us the existing control diagram or equipment information, and we can help identify a suitable configuration.
Can Q808 turn a single-speed hoist into a double-speed hoist?
No. Q808 can provide two-stage commands, but the hoist and its control system must support the corresponding speed operation. Changing the remote control alone does not add a second speed to the equipment.
Is the Q800 / Q808 transmitter rechargeable?
No. The transmitter uses replaceable batteries and has no built-in charging function. Follow the supplied instructions for the correct battery type and replacement procedure.
Are TI CC1125 and LLCC68 versions both available?
Yes. Both radio platform options are available. Tell us your application requirements or the details of your existing system so we can recommend the appropriate version and check receiver compatibility.
Can I replace only the transmitter?
This may be possible if the replacement matches the existing receiver’s radio platform, hardware version and pairing requirements. A matching appearance or model name is not enough to establish compatibility.

Can Q800 and Q808 use the same wiring diagram?
Do not assume they can. Their speed stages and output configurations differ. Use the wiring diagram supplied for the exact model and receiver configuration.
Can the button functions and markings be customized?
Customization is available subject to the selected configuration. Provide a function list and any required markings so we can review the assignments together with the receiver wiring.
What should I send to get a quotation?
Send the preferred model or required speed type, quantity, receiver supply voltage and application. A control diagram or photographs of the existing equipment can help us confirm the configuration more efficiently.
